Alexey Zelenkov

Biography

He is currently studying at the Novosibirsk Glinka State Conservatory (under Prof. Dmitry Suslov). In 2013 he won first prize and an award for best performance of a song by Rachmaninov at the 1st Lidia Myasnikova Russian National Vocal Competition in Novosibirsk. In 2014 he was winner of the 2nd Russian National Music Competition in Moscow and took a bronze medal at the 13th Youth Delphic Games of Russia in Volgograd. Since 2013 he has been a soloist for the Novosibirsk State Theatre of Opera and Ballet for which he has taken the roles of Germont (La Traviata), Mill (La Cambiale di Matrimonio) and Biterolf (Tannhaüser).
