Born in Ulan-Ude. Graduated from the Moscow Conservatory studying under Prof. Mikhail Petukhov (2011) and then finished postgraduate school (2014). He is currently an intern at the Lake Como International Piano Academy (Italy). He has won many competitions, among them the 7th Adilia Alieva Piano Competition in Gaillard (France, 2010), the 21st Premio Chopin Piano Competition in Rome (2011), and the Antonio Napolitano Competition in Salerno (2013). In 2014 he won third prize in the 2nd Russian Music Competition in Moscow. He performs in Russia, France, Romania, Germany, and Italy.
Which people would you invite as guests to your dream dinner party?
I can’t say that I dream to invite one person in particular. But if you mean from the great artists, it’s better to study their works.
What is your favorite meal?
Almost all Russian cuisine.
Do you have a favorite motto or proverb that you live your life by?
No.
Which person or people inspire you the most?
The world around us is full of inspiring things and people. I can’t highlight someone.
If you were 80 years old, what advice would you give to young people today?
Will se in 53 years.
What would you like people to say about you?
Few people like when others say negative things about them.
How do you overcome the stage fright? / What is your ritual before going on stage?
I do nothing special.
When you perform... who are you playing for?
On stage - for audience.
What job would you least like to do?
I have no idea.
Is there a joke about musicians that you would like to share with us?
I don’t want to anyone to be offended.
What's the "most played" non-classical track on your phone?
On my phone - there are only standard ringtones. I don't have a favorite among them.
You are on a desert island and can bring only 3 items, what do you bring?
Nothing, only an Aladdind lamp.
What is your favorite noise/sound? What is the most annoying noise for you?
Nature sounds / hammer.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
At home.

D flat major.
What is the first thing you think about when you hear the word competition?
Chopin’s etudes.
